    Feb.4 10.45 miles today of some easy jogging cause my heel is smarting and lots of walking. Did 5 miles around the neighborhood before t maps crashed, 1 with the pups and 4.45 with my kids as they train for their kids marathon. Heading to see a podiatrist before it gets worse.

    I so hate Microsoft. OS glitch on my laptop today, so hamster wheel with no music or videos. Grrrr!

    Goal: 150.0 miles

    02/01 - 14.0 miles cycling trainer
    02/02 - 01.0 miles walking
    02/03 - 02.0 miles walking
    02/04 - 15.0 miles cycling trainer

    Today...Walked w/DH and Bean this morning then got on the bike for 13.75 miles in 49 mins and part of G.I. Joe Retribution...lots of blowing things up! Then I went to 1st grade then I planked for 2 mins then I worked out to KCM's Slim Sculpting for 30 mins...second circuit is four 30 second planks!!! bwahahahah!!!

    2/4 - 6.68 miles
    2/4 - 13.75 bike miles

    Physio said no running for a while but "Cycling is my friend!!"
    So I am off to do the Alps to Ocean cycleway (NZ)
    I will check in when I can :)

    ETA I did say I will aim for 100miles this month ;)

    Starting the month off right. 25 miles out of 150. Bike and XC skis. Gotta love winter. :smile:

    Adding another 6 miles on the XC skis. That's 31 out of 150.

    Adding another 3 miles on the XC skis. Skate skiing is TOUGH! I guess I just need more practice. That makes 34 out of 150.

    @clepant - OUCH! I've had that before. Hope it's just the tendon and not a spur.
