My last entry in this thread was Feb 4th at 177.2.
Today I weighed in at 174.8.
Woohoooo.....
I've been sticking around 1200 calories a day and getting over 15K steps. Not eating after about 6:30 pm and having extra protein. Looks like it seems to be working for me.
Also, I'm in two of the challenge pages...
Lose 10 pounds by February 29th
and
Lose 20 pounds by Easter.
I'm gonna make BOTH goals!

So today my fitbit took a dive and I had to charge it....no idea how many steps I got in today. Also, I have been completely famished! I usually have more protein in the morning and today I didnt, so I think that might be the reason. As a result, I went over on my calories. No junk, but extra food....well, maybe some junk...popcorn with butter and salt. A little treat that I haven't had for a while.
I think I got that out of my system....0 -

Got hustle over the weekend, I am aiming for at least 45K steps from Friday to Sunday! I'm on a 10 hour drive over the weekend, so idk if it will happen.....but a gal's gotta try!1 -

This weekend I had a great pasta dinner....I think I REALLY needed the carbs. I'm gluten free, so it was corn pasta....but GOOD!
I stayed the same weight till Saturday, then I went up a pound on the scale this morning. Not gonna sweat it, if it was two I would be a bit more wrecked.
I have been going up, down, up, down between half and a pound for about 4 or 5 days so I need to really get it moving this week!
I'm here for motivation and to cheer everyone else on!

Hmm....I guess Wednesday blew by and we are on to Thursday night.
Hope you all had a great Thursday and we are heading into the weekend soon.....I am gonna get down down down there. By end of next week, I'm gonna be at 170...just watch!

I am onto water.....lots of it. That and not eating past 5:30 pm. I decided I do better if I cut the food off before 6 and just stick to water or tea.
That's my story and I'm sticking to it!2
