Successes/struggles this week: I am back with my mind set! Started working out again and ready to see some results. A little disappointed that I didn't see any loss, but looking forward to reaping some rewards for my hard work in next week's weigh in. I am not going to see 130, but could be close!

Successes/struggles this week: The weekend was crazy. I ate terribly but still tracked everything! But I worked out even during our weekend away. During the week I stayed under my calorie goal each day and have been consistent with work outs. I've started lifting some and I think that might be contributing to my plateau.

I know it's ahead of schedule (12 Feb) but had to report that I weighed myself today and I am happy to say that I weighed 192. Hopefully, I can maintain that or add to it by the 12th.

    Good luck y'all!

I'd say all in all I'm well ahead of schedule. Need to hold strong this weekend and control the intake (i.e. Alcohol), maybe allow a glass or two of vino and just a wee bit of Irish cream in my café.

    Weight lost/gained this week:-3 pound
    Weight lost/gained this month:-4 pounds

Successes/struggles this week: Still dealing with a jacked up toe and a bum hip and general oldness. Work schedule don’t help either. But I will survive!

Good luck y'all! WE CAN DO THIS!!! ;-)

Successes/struggles this week: My official weigh in is Friday AM when I get up. It's nice to see "results" at this time but I keep getting discouraged if I look at the scale later in the day. I don't quite understand how I am seeing lower and lower numbers in the mornings, but by the evenings my scale goes right back up to 200 no matter what. Is this true weight loss if my weight stays the same every night, but looks less and less every morning? I have not been the best at keeping my workouts consistent. I only seem to get to it once or twice a week. I know counting calories can only do so much on it's own. But I'll keep at it, We'll see what happens.

Successes/struggles this week: Ugh, still stalled. Frustrating.
Went out for pre-valentines dinner which was nice, would have been over on calories that day had I not come home and confirmed immediately that I should not eat Mussels. (I have been suspicious for a while and after an ordering snafu decided to confirm once and for all... Not doing that again. There are some foods that are less unpleasant to un-eat than others. This was by far my worst throw up experience yet.) Day after I had boozy brunch and ate all my calories for the day in one sitting, but it was OK because I felt like crap the rest of the day and didn't want to eat anyway.

Was within 100 Calories other days, and not that time of the month [yet]. Expecting stability next week because I'l be retaining water, but I am hoping it all comes off at once with my period [like it did between 2/1 and 2/5].

I weigh myself thoughout the day, your weight will fluctuate because of different things, food, water etc. I always weigh 2-3 lbs more at night perfectly normal. Like you said keep at it!
