    Successes/struggles: "I have been around this weight since November, like I am "maintaining". Got injured and also working 12-14-hr days (tax season for me) so I am just trying to not gain weight and work out when I can. Hardly wait for the end of April. :)" - still the same story. I am just grateful for not gaining any weight.

    Successes/struggles this week: Well, I've been eating like I was eating months back so I know where my weight gain comes from. Now, I need to back off from all of this food or at least exercise on a routine basis. I will be happy to lose 2 lbs next week. :)

    Successes/struggles this week: I managed to get under 178 last week, but it didn't last. I'm doing much better with my food and staying under calories, and I feel soooo much better. That's the most important thing for me right now because I was feeling like crude. I've also found some motivation again, so my daily steps are at least triple what they have been the last few weeks. It's possible the increased activity is causing some water retention, and I am fine with that. See ya next week!

    Successes/struggles 1st week: What?! I gained 4.5 lbs in 5 days?! I didn't even know that was possible. The scale is going the wrong way. I exercised every day. I didn't eat super great, but I didn't eat horribly either. I went over a few days, but not by much. Heavy sigh. Hopefully next week have a better #.

    Successes/struggles 2nd week: Had emergency gall bladder surgery on the 10th. It sort of put a damper on exercise. Ha. I am slowly getting back into the swing of things this week.

    Successes/struggles 3rd week: Still recovering from surgery. It's not that bad actually, but I am following Dr's orders and taking it easy. I usually jump right back into things if I feel fine. Then it backfires and I realize why they say go slow even if you feel good. Ha. I will weigh myself this Friday. I think things will be close enough to normal that whatever the scale says will be legit. I was afraid it would show too much loss because of my tentative and careful eating after surgery which is not how I usually eat. I know I'm not going to reach my goal because of the huge jump the first four days (still think that's crazy), but hopefully I will not have gained any. I love this challenge and am looking forward to continuing it next month as well.

    Struggles: I automatically go to the fridge or the sweets drawer after the kids have gone to sleep. I know it is just a bad habit, but it is really hard to get rid of it! not much time / drive for exercise

    Success: I tried to brush my teeth early in the evening and this stopped me from endless snacking, yeah! I hope it will continue to work! I stayed within my calories most of the days and tried to drink enough water.

    my goal for this month seems a bit far away but I am so glad I finally got to losing weight again and being disciplined! it has taken me a long time to get back and it feels good not to be afraid of stepping on the scales....

    Successes/struggles this week: Very pleased with the weight loss, however, I have been really sick and not eating much. I am hoping to keep this off and continue to make good choices.
    I had a very stressful week. My husband was out of town and I had 3 sick kids. I also got a flat tire on the highway with the kids in the car. Just glad to be getting back to some normalcy.

    Successes/struggles this week: Great week. I was able to stick to good foods and stay under my calorie goal most of the week. The other night my husband and I treated ourself to nachos though! I'm all about and 80/20 lifestyle. I'm so excited to see 142.6 on the scale. 143 was the goal I originally plugged in to MFP two years ago!
