    Hello, everyone. I missed a weigh-in last week because my scale was not working.
    CW- 87.4 kg
    Total loss: 8.4 kg since December 1.
    GOAL REACHED
    Now I gotta keep it off and look ahead for my next mini goal.

    It's been a slow couple of weeks due to two family birthdays (including my own!), Valentine's Day and half term week throwing me out of my routine, but so close now - only 0.8kg to go!

    I know 4.6lbs may not seem like very much but I'm still progressing and heading in the right direction, and that's enough for me!

    My goal weight for February 29 is 277
    Current weight is around 276/77 but not sure as I'm not weighing myself right now. I made my goal this time around, and will modify my spring goal to probably 25 pounds to reflect my slower rate of loss a t m
