I started Whole 30 today (March 1). Breakfast was very much like what I normally have, not inspired, but satisfying. Three eggs fried with ghee instead of non-stick spray. Coffee black which tasted fine.
I just snacked on organic baby carrots (Bunny Luv are the best), celery and grape tomatoes in tahini and lemon from a local middle eastern market here in the Hartford area.
Lunch is artisan romaine with roast beef, more celery, carrots and tomatoes, and olive oil/balsamic vinaigrette.
Pecans and mandarin orange round it out! So far I already feel lighter and healthier.0 -
I did acupuncture until I went off of sugar and grains for pain manage that really helped. I can recommend giving acupuncture a six week trial.0
