Thank you for being so supportive!
Another sweet MFP member emailed me, and these are the tips I shared :)
First let me say, you have to be patient with your weight loss. It is difficult. I have plateaued and restarted many times. Here are a couple things that I think help me.
    1. I eat 1300 cals per day right now, and don't eat my exercise calories.
    2. I aim to burn 500 cals per day in exercise 6 days per week.
    3. I do a lot of weight training. Most of the exercises I get from magazines like Shape, Self, or from Shape.com
    4. Once a week I have a "cheat meal". Usually for me it's mexican, because I love mexican food!
    5. I keep my calories set for 4-6 weeks, then I raise them up (to 1800 or 2000 or so) for 2 weeks, then drop back down. This shocks my system and helps me lose.
    6. This is the most important tip- DO NOT GIVE UP. If you struggle, just remember losing weight is hard work. Keep at it, and it will happen. :):):)

Good luck and hang in ther
