Got to keep "Marching" on. Best wishes to all!
March goals: No snacking after 8 pm on weekdays; 9 pm on weekends. Drink water or hot tea after 8 pm. Keep my mind and hands busy after 8 pm...puzzles, reading, writing, drawing...NO "mindless" TV watching or else the ol' snack demon starts whispering in my ear..."It's only one little bite."
(Serious side note: Since I have stopped eating after 8 or 9 pm, I have noticed a huge improvement in late night acid reflux, indigestion and heartburn. My scales aren't moving as much as I hoped but by stopping my LNS I sleep much better. Needless to say, I am much more rested and feel sooooo much better overall!)

Hi everyone, I'm Lisa. I've been logging on FitnessPal for one month and think my second month here is a great time to start reaching out for more motivation with a good challenge! Some serious arthritic knees and painful plantar fasciitis put limits on what I'm able to do physically, so eating right and at the right times is crucial in this struggle of mine to get my weight heded back the right direction. So, this challenge seems like a good fit for me!
My March goals: No eating after 8 p.m. 6 out of 7 days a week. If any alcohol on weeknight, limit is one and no later than 8 p.m. Weekends, no later than 9 p.m. and limit of 2.

@WalkerPop I'm adulting to day!
@ScoobaChick We make those decisions for ourselves. You set your own limits. Personally, I don't regard drinks as a snack.

Hi Lisa
Wishing you good luck.0 -
I succumbed to LNS last evening and ate two Belvita biscuits at 9pm, not a good start to a new month, I suppose it's better than snacking every night but I must do better.
