Ok so I'm trying to lose weight and not to sure how to start, what I should eat or what exercises I should do. I'm completely lost and would appreciate if some of you who know about that healthy eating gym life style can help me out..

Hi Lexia. The first thing I would suggest is to start looking closer at food labels.
Meal prepping is great to plan your day out ahead of time. I'm at a point now where I've got keeping my calories in check down. That's been key in helping me lose the weight. It's all about numbers and making me conscious of my meal choices. Start small and work your way into a healthy habit. And if you don't meet your goal, don't give up. We all will have those days. The important thing is to keep going and don't give up. Feel free to add me.0 -
