    I confess that last week I ate mass quantities of ice cream every single day.... enough to gain 1/2 lb per day.... and then shut my diary off "public" to "private" because I didn't want my MFP friends to know!

    I confess that I have this inner fat girl inside who wants nothing more then to eat whatever I want and binge on really delicious, fatty, creamy, salty, sweet, processed foods... And I sneak chicken nuggets any time I make them, "for my kids..."
