Hi everyone I am Melissa and I am new here. I have a 5-month old baby and still trying to get rid of that "baby weight" so I hope this site helps! I am from Virginia and am 28 years old.

    I am Melissa!
    I lost 60 lbs last year and have lost my drive.....
    I am 200 lbs and want to get to about 170.
    I am 31-No kids yet. In Manitoba Canada.
