Proper Amounts and What Foods On Daily Basis

Hi all need some help. have to reevaluate and set a goal to eat better.
I am late 30s male, , active, ,athletic.

Looking to eat lean. and more healthy. less fats, but make it a regular thingy

I like to know what is the proper amount of elements to have.

Questions here. What is the daily amount of sodium to have? sugar? fat? vitamins? proteins?

How much protein is daily amount?

What is the daily required amount of fat to have?

How much fruits and veggies a day?

How much water?

How much is too much coffee?

How much meat?

ideas or links to your ideal eating habits etc.?

    The macros that matter are protein, fat, and carbohydrates. If you put your calorie goal in to MFP it will give you recommended amounts for these three.

    I suggest tracking your fiber instead of sugar.

    A handy rule of thumb at dinner is to fill up half your plate with vegetables and your protein is about the size of a deck of cards.

    The rest is noise. Drink when you are thirsty. If you are jittery or have trouble sleeping limit coffee to your mornings. That's it.

    If you follow these few tips for a month or so you may start caring about the others.
