Strange that they have Hacky Sack as a cardio option but no P90X?
I think so...
I know I need a HRM but I am currently lacking the funds. I have been putting it in as High Intensity Aerobics...
That was my rant.

IMO HRM are a bit overrated. Sure they are useful! But just push yourself 110% and you will get results. And the reason they don't have P90X is because it's to broad of a range. Best thing to do is ball park it.0

You could always just feel on your carotid or radial artery, set a stop watch for ten seconds, and then count how many heart beats you have directly after or during the exercise. Theoretically you should have a similarly elevated heart rate for the entirety of the P90x0
