Hello Everyone!
I'm 28, 5' 6" and I've been around 230lbs basically for 2 years now. I guess I can take a small victory to say I haven't gained any weight in a long while. I've been over weight pretty much my whole life. The lightest weight I can remember being is 185, and that was in high school. Then I started college and instead of the freshman 15, I did the freshman 30! It has been a constant struggle to get my weight off. I can't wait for the day I finally reach my goal!

Now I am losing weight and feeling better then ever! I wanted to introduce myself and reach out to others who also understand the struggle! Lets motivate each other!
