So I started mfp a long time ago eating 1200 calories I lost over 30 lbs. I barely exercised and my body felt physically drained. Now I eat 1500-2000 calories a day and lift plus cardio for 1-1.5hrs 4-5 days a week. I feel slimmer and I feel healthier yet the scale is up from my lowest about 15lbs! I can't lose weight for my life! I want muscle but I also do not wanna keep undoing all the weight I lost! Will it eventfully level out and the muscle will replace the fat and I'll finally be a normal weight? It's quite frustrating! Also does anyone know a great way to measure body fat percentage?!

I'm assuming you gained back 15lbs and that's why you're redoing your diet? If so that's a matter of you still needing to learn how to control your diet. People who gain muscle actually need to eat MORE than their maintenance weight. So working out wont undo anything. It's your eating habits that are undoing it.

15lbs over 2 years of working out. I think the issue before is the matter that 1200 calories is not enough for anyone who works out. Its not even enough if you're in a comma. So for awhile when I raised my calories my body held on to basically whatever I was feeding it. The question here is If I continue to workout and lift with a higher calorie intake will this eventually burn more fat because of a higher percent of muscle? Will this eventually cause my weight to decrease since it would bring my calorie limit up because in order to maintain muscle your caloric allowance goes up

Well you can't gain fat, let alone muscle, unless you are in caloric surplus. You are probably eating more than you think and/or overestimating your burns at the gym.
