Try the recipe app Yummly, it gives you nutrition information so you know exactly what you are looking at. Plus you can add the recipe to your MFP for logging.

What kind of foods do you enjoy? How much effort do you want to put into cooking? I enjoy cooking and can probably recommend a few different recipes, if you give me some more information.

Ok well I've recently made these: http://www.bbc.co.uk/food/recipes/veggie_bean_burgers_for_53280 - they are really good and freeze really well. You can mix up the ingredients a little which is nice. I made mini ones with sweet potato, parsnips, carrots and white kidney beans (I think I got ten out of the recipe) and they are like 70 calories each or something ridiculous. I spiced them up a little. Next time I think I might put some spring onion in. I eat two or three with some green vegetables and maybe a little bit of cheese on top. Really good and low-cal.

I have a recipe for tuna fish cakes that is pretty good and also freezes (I love to batch cook and freeze - I'm less likely to be tempted if there's something healthy I can just pop in the oven or whatever).

I made a veg thai green curry the other day that was simple and tasted amazing.

I eat a lot of beans (kidney, black eyed, mung, butter) so have some good recipes, some veggie, some with meat.

Let me know if any of these appeal and I'll give you the recipes - I kind of make it up as I go along but I should be able to find them on MFP in my recipe bank.

I like to cook to and just "experimented" (as my family calls it) with this. They all liked it. It seems like a lot of steps but you can be cooking a lot of the things simultaneously. It feels like you are getting a huge serving of creamy pasta but has half of the calories. Don't let the cauliflower turn you off, you can't really taste it! Oh I also have celiac so I use gluten free pasta but you could use regular if you prefer

4 oz. Quinoa Pasta Elbows Gluten Free
1 cup, Fat Free Cottage Cheese
1 cup, Raos Fra Diavolo Sauce, divided
1 cup (28g), Kraft 6 Cheese Italian Blend, divided
    2 large egg Whites
    16 oz. bag frozen cauliflower
I package (6 Links) Sweet Italian Turkey Sausage
    1/2 onion, chopped
    Garlic powder, oregano

Remove sausage from casings and brown it with the chopped onion

Cook 1 16 oz bag frozen cauliflower in the microwave until tender

Boil 4 oz. of gluten free pasta until done

Put the cottage cheese in food processor or blender and blend until smooth. Add the two egg whites, garlic powder, 1/2 cup italian cheese blend, oregano, and 1/4 pasta sauce and mix.

Chop cooked cauliflower into small pieces(just running a knife through it should work)

Place 1/4 cup pasta sauce on the bottom of a casserole dish

Combine pasta, cauliflower, browned sausage, and cheese/sauce mixture and spread in casserole dish.

Cover with 1/2 cup pasta sauce & 1/2 cup Italian cheese and bake until hot and bubbly.

Makes 6 (generous) servings, 343 calories per serving.

I've been on a pressure cooker kick lately so if you use a pressure cooker, I have many great ones to share.
