    1/3c thick cut oatmeal with 1tbs peanut butter and cocoa powder. Mix with 1/4c almond milk. It's my cheat for a substitute dessert. Yum!

    Raw carrots ,even better if it's dipped in some light light Mayo or some tomato sauce as a snack whilst watching a film .

    peanut butter. I cant be trusted with it in the house. cheese is right after that but I dont have the issue with being compelled to lick the spoon with cheese so I can have preportioned sizes of that in house

    Don't know if this is supposed to be our "healthy addictions" but I'm addicted to Onion and Garlic potato chips! :p

    Had to get that demon under control by limiting when I buy it. If you can't control yourself with your favorite temptation...don't bring it in the house. That's one of my rules B)
