    I'm sorry to say that after 50 consecutive MYA Challenges I've decided it's time to hang it up. Instead of running, I'm thinking of taking up Paddleboard Aerobics. I hear it's really good for the core and gets your heartrate up at the same time. But most of the people I know who do it are on the Standard Process Diet so I guess I'll be trying that. I'll only be able to eat a small list of fruits and vegetables and a couple of legumes, but I hear it really works. I hope I don't bulk up too much. I'm worried I might get too big when I tone up since a pound of muscle weighs more than a pound of fat. Thank you all so much for being on this journey with me. I can't think of a better group of people to spend April Fools Day with.

    You can stillblog your miles with us

    @dave - 3.1 miles in a lot of minutes is way faster than 3.1 miles in infinite minutes, which is the pace you would go if you didn't get off the couch. Glad the knee is better.

    @kar328 - awesome news about the plank. Wish I could hold one 2 minutes.

    @sufferlandrian - "my precious" - LOL

    Question for anybody! Do any of you row with a indoor rowing machine? I'm getting very interested in a Water Rower rowing machine!

    Sorry to be MIA. My dad is still battling his kidney function and fluid retention. Things are not going good. Also, some lovely person downloaded spyware on my computer and it took technicians almost two hours of working on it to get it cleaned off my computer today. I was out for my long run after that and got cold at hour two from sweating and cooling off. Now to finish taxes.

    @Janet: Welcome back on home soil!
    @Dean: Yikes and more yikes! Was it hit and run? I am so glad you are okay. But oh no to your bike. They are never the same after an injury just like us humans. I now ride with eCrumb tracker after being brushed twice while running and bumped by a side mirror while riding. At least he can come find me if I am not moving after 5 minutes...and they will call him as well to let him know.

    I have 33.63 miles to add on today.
    April 8: 10 miles of running and walking
    April 9: 10.25 miles of walking as I helped our running club at their training run.
    April 10: 11.38 miles of running until my IT band started giving me issues and 2 miles of walking.
    TTD: 113.68 miles
