If I ate all my calories today, but I did exersice & lost 300 calories,
I have to eat those calories? Wouldnt that me back to square 1??
Shouldn't you eat healthy exersice, drink water, & lose weight??
Not do exersice & eat all tose extra calories?
I don't understand anything about this.... I am so confused,
I just want to eat healthy & lose weight.

The website figures in a deficit for your calories so that if you just did you daily acitivities & nothing else, you would lose x amt. of pounds per week. If you exercise, you create a BIGGER deficit & you need to eat them to keep your body running properly. So you should be eating 1500 cals/day if you burn 300 (1200 + 300 = 1500). Make sense now?
