I tried that.... lots of work... lots of space in the freezer.
Cleanup an hour. The food processor, flour mess, etc.
Now, I just go to the store and buy those chipolte black bean burgers I think made by morning star.
Health wise they are pretty good.
I make them with a giant side of broccoli.

I looked in my grocery stores and can not find them in any of the 3 grocery stores or either Walmarts. I don't mind the clean up I would make 2 weeks work. Thanks0 -

I've made these and they are tasty, but not sure on the calorie count on them. May be high due to the cashews and cheese. But they are tasty!

I've made black bean burgers a few times but it's a lot of work as I can't get tinned/precooked black beans round here so always have to cook dried beans up which takes forever.
I make these Kidney bean burgers a lot though:

I make a batch of these veggie burgers twice a month on my food prep day:

I make them into patties and freeze them individually for a dinner once or twice a week.
I do use different seasonings and I prepare it differently however. I mix all the wet ingredients in my food processor and combine with the dry ingredients. It saves a lot of time on clean up.
They do not fall apart and are very flavorful. I enjoy making homemade fries or baked onion rings as a side when I eat this.
Good luck!
