Did well with my goals from last week, and got that pound off that I'd hoped to lose. So for this week, I will:
1. Stay hydrated (84 oz per day or more)
2. Eat mindfully and healthily
3. Ride my stationary bike 45 min or more daily
4. Continue to work daily in my yard and garden
5. Make sure to walk 10k steps or more each day

Update on last week. Weight Up and down so no loss. Ran a race with my best time in decades. Got to work on some bad habits.
1. No recreational eating in big chair
2. No eating after work. Worked so hard to get rid of this habit not sure how I fell back into it
3. No vending machine purchases at work.
4. Training without injury

1. Log daily
2. Nothing highly processed
3. Getting my 7+ hours of sleep daily!!!
4. Reach normal weight BMI this week.
I almost reached the magical "BMI" about a month ago and then gained a few pounds. So, here I am again. By Sunday, I want to be there and then some. This morning, I am 1.4 pounds away.1 -
So last week I did pretty good. I got all my runs in. I logged everything and did daily goals all but Sunday. I also list 2lbs which is awesome. Hopefully I will continue going.
This week I need to
1) 3_4/runs training for a marathon
2) log everyday
3) daily goals and progress
4)wedding stuff down to 31 days
5) lose another pound
Good luck this week1 -

Got to lose this weight and reclaim good habits!0 -
Bad week due to travel and a cat's medical emergency, plus weekend houseguest. On the other hand, I hope to get in a great run and bike ride over the weekend (and my hamstrings are sore so I must be doing something!). I've got my new blender working and am eating lots of gazpacho and some smoothies, which is fun.
Half marathon weekend after the coming one -- supposed to be a training run before my real one in early June, but still.1
