Hi, i m female 20yo, can i know what exercises suit me? I wan to slim down and build some muscle, i only eat eggs,green peas and chickpeas for my meals

    I would find what you enjoy. I have discovered that I really enjoy listening to podcasts and walking and I really love spin classes. I also run. I don't love it but I have to run for work so I'm learning to enjoy it a little bit.
    I love Zumba and yoga. Your menu sounds pretty limited. Any reason for that?

    The ones you enjoy and are looking forward to doing. If you have no idea what that could be, experiment. Go for a run, ride a bicycle, try swimming, get a tour at the closest gym to see how you feel about it, look at what classes are available, ask your friends who are involved into sports to take them with you to watch them practice.

    if you want to build some muscle you need some resistance training.

    Is this a real question? What do you like to do? Do that. Everybody wants to be slim and muscular. You don't have to eat or train in a particular way for that, but you need a calorie deficit to lose weight and a slight calorie surplus, enough protein and resistance training to build muscle. I hope you eat more varied for snacks. Only eggs, peas and chickpeas makes a dreadful diet.

    Uh, usually i dont eat that less,but after my grandma passed away, my refrigerator only have eggs and some vege, and since i m just a student,cant afford to buy anything else because i still have to pay my sch fees, i tried some yoga and i enjoy doing it,sometimes i went to the park and jog at there
