    5'5", currently at 167. My goal is to get down to 130-135. I was almost there a few years ago (got down to 141), but then the weight creeped back up. I'm really going to try this time to get there and stay there.

    5'8" 169-176. This is my personal range. 169 is the only thing in normal BMI, the rest are overweight. So what, all of my numbers are good and I am straight.

    I started at 161 and I am now around 148. At 5.1 my goal is to maintain between 135 and 140.

    GW: 120-130 lbs

    I want to be closer to the 110-120lbs range but my fiancé thinks that i will be too skinny. In his opinion 135lbs would be a good weight so a compromise is a goal weight of 120-130lbs.

    Currently losing 2.5-3lbs a week

    My goal weight is a little undefined at this point as i am trying to drop about 28lbs of body fat and then add about 10-15 lbs of muscle. So I might end up being 185-190 but with a total body transformation. My first goal is to get cut up.

    5'6", 29 years old. Didn't have a lot to lose but wanted to get back to my pre-kids/wedding weight!

    Goal weight is150 lbs
    Weight fluctuates daily between 2 or 3 lbs difference. Don't understand why that happens. Can't wait to see the 100's hopefully by end of summer.

    You will, i was excited about hitting 15# for some reason lol.
