Hi everyone. I'm back on MFP and looking for friends. Please add me if you're looking for a new buddy.

I've got quite a bit to go and struggling through Rheumatoid Arthritis limitations so I would love some friends struggling to bring fitness activities back into their life and eat on a calorie limit.

Currently I do yoga and log (honestly) what I eat while trying to make better choices. I don't always do, but since logging my food it's made me more conscious of what I eat.

I've got a long way to go but one foot in front of the other as they say.

    Hi,

I am so pleased to have found your post. Like you, I struggle to keep active with rheumatoid arthritis and I am a veteran of fitting in fitness regimes between flare-ups!

In my fitness regime, I try to fit in low-impact cardio-vascular endurance work (hillwalking) 5 days a week, a flexibility - balance training session (Tai Chi or Yoga) once a week, and strength training (progressive resistance training) in short sessions four times a week.

"One foot in front of the other" is exactly what I tell myself to get off the sofa to exercise!

Feel free to add me! I don't have RA, but I do have OA in my knees so I'm struggling with the exercise part. I'm still working on the calorie intake part. Been thinking about adding yoga to my daily routine. Do you follow a specific routine?
