Under active thyroid

Hi my names Julia. I've been exercising on and off for a couple of years now. I do have health problems one of them being under active thyroid. Motivation is a struggle for me so would like to speak with people in the same boat.

    same here with the motivation. Ive got a slew of disabling health probs , here to try and be the best I can be with my health. I have symptoms of hypothyroidism and have been diagnosed with thyriod nodules but no official diagnosis. add me as a friend if you'd like :) wishing you the best on your journey to wellness.

    I also suffer from under active thyroid. It's been a long journey of blood tests and pills. But I'm now on the correct dose and with eating well and regular exercise I'm getting there!!
