So i have a major question. Say i have a bag of chex mix and the nutrition label says 140 calories per serving (29g). How will every serving i weigh out be 140 calories? What if i weigh a serving that has mor pretzels in it than the other one? Would that have an effect on the calories of that serving? Thanks in advance

Physicists are still pondering the pretzel-to-chex equation and have thus far been unable to crack it. I'm sorry but for now you question has no answer.2

with stuff like mixes or even if you do chilis and stews your bound to get more of one ingredient then the other. It may make a slight difference but by weighing it your getting as close as you can.1 -
Haha. This post makes me laugh because I ponder the same thing EVERYTIME I eat chili, soup, stew, Chex mix, etc.
But seriously, I imagine it has to be pretty close. I'm thinking I'm going to keep giving myself buffers for the day and or week I just haven't decided how much. Still trying to figure where my losing number is.0
