I NEED to lose some weight.

I spent most of my teenage years and twenties (until around 26) at around 180 lbs and I'm 5'10". I felt relatively healthy and overall pretty happy. Fast forward to now, I'm 33 and up to over 260 lbs.

I'd love to get under the 200 mark again.

I'm looking for a reliable meal plan and hopefully a shopping list to go along with it, somewhere in the 1500-1700 calories per day range.

I work an odd schedule where I work three 12 hour shifts, Saturday - Monday. I have 4 days off per week, but have 2 girls that keep me busy on those off days. Ideally the plan would include meals I can take for lunch to work and not have too many issues with that.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

For me personally Beachbody changed my life! They have so many amazing workout programs and nutrition guides to follow along with them. You workout at home and the workouts are never more than an hour. In fact The 21 Day fix is never more than 30 mins and has portion control containers that come along with it. I have a 1.5 year old son and I lost almost 30lbs by his first birthday with 21 Day Fix and PiYo. I just had my second son a month ago and I was able to continue PiYo and some other workouts throughout my pregnancy and I'm starting back up again now. They have a lot of programs with modifiers so you can ease into it if you need to. They do recommend Shakeology which is a meal replacement shake. I did not drink it when I first started but I do now. I really enjoy it and it helps with my sweet tooth. They really are an amazing company that tries to set you up to succeed. I can tell you more if you have more questions. I can also try and help keep you accountable if you need that too.

If you have insurance through your employer, I recommend calling and see if they off "Real Appeal". I recently started it and you have a real life person to talk to anytime, a personal coach to help you create and keep a meal plan and have printable lists to help create a grocery shopping list. For people that are "obese" like myself, the insurance paid for it fully with no co-pay and Real Appeal sent me lots of things to help get started like fitness items, food scale, portion control boxes to help pack my lunch, and many other things. It is all set up around you, based off your information, and not just another standard fad diet.

I started my journey a few months ago at 216lbs. Trying to get back down to the 150's. I am a working mom also with long hour and odd shifts, but have managed to do it. Add me for support if you like
