    Sunday goals
    - 1550 calories: check
    - 5 fruits/veggies: nope - 4/5 though
    - Do yoga for at least half an hour: nope - will try again today!

    Monday goals
    - 1550 calories
    - 5 fruits/veggies
    - 10,000 steps
    - Yoga

    Goals for the work week (Monday-Friday)
    #1 8,000 steps
    #2 <1,500 calories
    #3 atleast 30% of calories from protein
    #4 8 glasses of water
    #5 strength training 10 minutes x2

    Very nice on the weekend! Impressive!

    And I like having goals for the whole week! I think I'll do that.

    - 5 fruits/veggies - yes!
    - 10,000 steps - yes!
    - Yoga - nope. Got to try again.

    2. <1200 cals - check, 1100
    3. 14,000 steps - check, 14,000
    4. no afternoon snacking - check
    5. 4 bottles water - check

    Today:
    1. walk home from work
    2. evening workout
    3. <1300 cals
    4. 14,000 steps
    5. drink 4 bottles water

    Today has been the best day so far, everything has been on plan and exercise completed with a smile on my face. Normally by this stage I have quit... but today is day 14 and although I am now back at my re'start weight, still waking up each day to try again.

    Another day like today would be fantastic.

    So guys I haven't been happy with myself. I keep thinking I'll do it today then mess up again. I am pushing myself to walk extra, but I know I need to step it up. My body is already used to "just getting my steps". I just can't seem to push pass that exercise. I am disappointed in myself. I talk a good game and do nothing about it. But I will continue to keep it in my head and hopefully will push myself to actually do it.

    Goals for today

    1. Eat fruit and veggies
    2. Get 10k steps
    3. Meditate for 5 minutes
    4. Strength train for 5 minutes
    5. 4 cups of water

    Small goals but let's see if I can do this.

    My goal is to clean and reseal all the grout on my kitchen floor. That will be quite the workout. Won't need the gym tonight!

    I'm okay with myself for today. I didn't do spectacular but I didn't do terrible. I got in my water, more than 12k steps, and I will meditate for the 5 minutes. Feeling tired so don't think I'll get the other goals done.
