Hi I joined myfitnesspal a few weeks ago. I'm interested in having some "friends" on this site so we can see each other's food logs and exercise logs, and cheer each other on ... would anyone like to add me? :)

I've been on the "Paleo" diet since December 09 ... I love it because it completely fixed my acne and chronic fatigue. I plan to eat this way for life. But I gained about 10 pounds on this diet, unintentionally - probably because it introduced me to macadamia nuts and I fell in love without realizing how calorie-dense they were. :) So I started watching my calorie intake a few months ago, to slim back down.

I don't have a scale but I'm tracking my measurements and estimating my body fat % from that. I started at 29% estimated body fat a few months ago ... right now I'm at 25%. I'm really close to my goal weight - I want to get just a little bit leaner and stronger!
