    My goals for today are:

    Get 15,000 steps
    Eat 2 servings of fruits
    Eat 2 servings of vegetables
    Drink 8 cups of water

I'll check back to give you updates or at the end of the day to give you my final tally.

    Write to you later. :)

I am already doing most of this!! But what I need to do everyday is stop hopping onto the weighing scale and freak out over my weight!!

Yeah the scale has me by the balls too. I don't get as mad and frustrated anymore but I would like it to move.

Today wasn't bad. I had 4 servings of veggies and 2 servings of fruit and did 45 minutes of soccer drills.

This is an organizational goal, not a fitness goal, right? I'm just trying to imagine this as exercise! LOL :D

I have a bunch of junk mail and old bills that I need to shred. I think I'll make that one of my goals, too. That and planting a whole bunch of hedge trees in my sister's backyard. That's good enough for a Sunday, I think.

Day 19 but not had a weigh in for a week, I think I am afraid of the answer. Food has been good today and lots of housework done (with added bounce)

Tomorrow I will weigh in and not beat myself up over the answer.

You are funny! No it wasn't a fitness goal. Lol. Yes an actual bag of paper. Lol. Now I'm imaging a fitness goal as that. Lol. :D

Too bad I didn't get it done. Oh well, tomorrow.

It's hard not to be yourself up when the scale doesn't move but as long as you keep trying it will show eventually.

Some weigh ins will be better than others so, if this one isn't great, there's always next time.

How'd your weekend go? Did you get another insanity workout in? I completed insanity a few years ago and was in the best shape ever! I completely endorse it! I am not a spokesperson BTW. Lol. I just got abs that I never knew I could have.

How'd your weekend go? I haven't heard from you in a while just wondering how you've been.

Have you had time to mow the lawn, clean the chicken coop, or hike? That all sounds fun for me BTW. Lol. I like manual labor.
