When it comes to weight lost does healthy eating vs food eating determine how you lose weight or is it about CICO regardless.

    You've been asking nearly the same questions for a month or more. As @Christine_72 said in your thread yesterday ,
    Calories in V Calories out. If your calories in exceed your calories out then you will gain weight. If your calories out exceed your calories in then you will lose weight. If your calories in are equal to your calories out, then you will maintain weight. Whichever way, eating style or exercise regime you decide to choose.

    Just to add on to what I said above... For some people, choosing the right macro split, eg High protein or low carb, high fat, low fat, high carb etc etc makes it easier for them to stay in a deficit, and for other it makes no difference. But in the end the amount of calories you eat will dictate weight loss. For weight loss, which foods you eat makes zero difference. Calories are the only thing you need to worry about.

    I find eating clean, vegies salads that sorta thing I can have better quality calories more quantity.. Finding a right macro split. Im new w the diary and its startling to see how "off" I can be.

    CICO for just weight loss. What you eat affects how hungry you are, how much energy you have, and how healthy you are, basically.

    I prefer eating the food over eating the healthy.

    CICO still governs weight loss or gain either way.

    For weight loss, gain or maintenance it is all down to eating the right amount of calories.
    Type of food is personal preference.
