Meal 1: Baked Chicken Thigh with kale and cabbage stir fry
Meal 2: Baked Turkey Wing and salad with caesar dressing
Meal 3: My keto coffee (8 oz coffee, 4TBS HWC, 1 TBS Butter, 1 TBS MCT oil, 2 TBS DaVinci syrup, dash cinnamon)
I number my meals because I don't always eat in the morning if I am IF and my first meal may be between 11 and 1.
When I do do breakfast, I alternate between my keto coffee and a oopsie bacon or sausage egg and cheese sandwich.0 -
Lunch: iced coffee with heavy cream, burger with egg, cheese, mayo, and pickles.
Dinner: fathead pizza
Snack: plain Greek yogurt and berries.0 -

B: Salami with sharp cheddar
L: Sausage Kale Soup
D : Leftover Jalapeno Poppers with sausage; strawberries with cream
Today:

D : TBD - probably the last of our eye of round roast with sides of broccoli and cheese; strawberries with cream (bought them on a great sale, need to use them up!)0 -
Education Alert: from these menus I can see I am still on the fence trying to eat LCHF but adhering to the old low fat brainwashing.
I hear ya Rose but I'm slowly coming over. I made some coconut/cocoa fat bombs the other day and recalled I have probably seen them on a keto site as a "Mounds Bar". Out of curiosity I looked up the macros/nutrients of a Mounds and well take a look in the database. A keto "mounds" bite is a Hershey Mounds Bar, smaller yes, but without the sugar. Next batch I'll add some nuts for an Almond Joy!

My exact sentence when asked.....it works to basically say "no bread, no starch, no sugar "

Breakfast - 3 Eggs, microscrambled with heavy cream, kerrygold, laughing cow, extra sharp cheddar, and nutritional yeast.
Lunch - Green Bell Pepper Strips with Braunschweiger (liverwurst pate), maybe cheese crisps with ranch seasoning, and maybe chocolate mousse.
Dinner - TBD - probably my keto ranch taco salad... Maybe deconstructed burger bowls. Maybe chicken tortilla soup, minus the black beans.0 -
