I've just cleared my wardrobe out, and donated 4 bags of too-big clothes to charity shops. I then went through what was left and really carefully worked out what clothes I actually wanted.

I've been doing the same thing, seems like every Saturday I'm dropping off a bag of clothes to goodwill. Feels good to work through all of the stuff in my closet that was previously too small.

Saw my GP the other day for a checkup, he confirmed that I can remain off meds for high blood pressure, cholesterol, and irregular heartbeat -- all the ailments I had when I was heavy. As I've lost weight and gotten more fit he's been weaning me off them, and now they're gone, I hope for good!

TMI maybe, but i was able to buy a smaller size underpants. YAY!! I also was able to hike yesterday for an hour and my knee pain was not nearly to the degree it has been in previous days. This is major progress for me.

Loving this thread, someone I haven't seen for a while suddenly exclaimed "Wow you've lost weight from your face!" I know I had lost inches from my body but didn't even think about my face. Think I may have just one chin now.

For the first time in over a decade I went to the gym to run and I did it for 30 minutes AND enjoyed it! I've been such a idiot about running for so long, I convinced myself I couldn't do it.

I'm having to wear clothes that were my 'hopefully one day' because my old stuff no longer fits.

Final one, my fiancee is now joining me on this journey and has lost 14lbs

My work group is joining the summer slowpitch softball league again. We had our first practice last night.

Last summer I could hit the ball half the time, but only got it over the second base (and directly in the short-stop's glove) a couple times. Last night, after a few swings, I hit it midfield. Then I did it again... and again... it was crazy!

Clearly strength training makes everything easier! Now I have the goal to hit a home run by the end of the season. Not necessarily during a game, just get it over the fence once

As long as I can remember I've had a bump in the top center of my face, along my hairline. My doctors all say it's noting to worry about.
Now that I'm down over 95 pounds, it's a bit more pronounced, perhaps I'm becoming a unicorn!

I pulled this cute top from my closet this morning. The last time I wore it was 4 years ago, I wore it once and then gained too much weight to wear it again. I LOVE shopping from my closet!!

I gave up alcohol for good and decided I am going to start training for a power-lifting competition. My trainer says I could be ready by the end of the year. My squats were on point this morning!

The scale finally moved after my weight staying the same or slightly fluctuating higher for around a month. Only a pound lost but a pound in the right direction.

I haven't been as strict on my food but definitely still logging on mpf.

I thought it was my back injuries that were keeping me from spending time playing piano seriously. Yes, and no. Yes, the injuries made practice painful. Losing weight however did what years of recovery did not. I can now sit at a piano for 2-3 hours a day. I'm ecstatic.
