Help me to gain weight :(

Hey guys will you please give me some tips on how to gain weight? And what are the foods to eat so you can easily gain weight and increase my bust size?

    There's no guarantee all the weight gain will go to your bust though.

    Some probably will, but it will go to all different places all over your body.

    Avocados are a good high calorie food to go to when trying to increase calories.

    Drinking your calories in a high calorie smoothie gets things down faster.

    Whatever you want in enough quantity to exceed however much you burn during the day. I get that newbies to all of this might think there are certain special foods that burn fat or increase mass. But there aren't.

    High fat foods such as nuts can help in increasing calories, although as it's been mentioned to gain weight you need to eat more food overall.

    start to count calories and record everything--then eat about 1,000 extra calories every day, i used to eat "hot fudge sundaes" but the healthier options are mentioned above----Good Luck and hopefully, in 20 years, you're not trying to lose extra weight.

    I read a book once called, Diets Don't Work, claiming the best way to gain weight is to go on a diet, restrict calories for two weeks then go off it. You ALWAYS gain the weight back plus some. He claimed it worked for every client he had that wanted to gain weight. Yo-yo dieting!

    If you have your diet down where you are eating more than you are burning (keep it healthy.. avocados, eggs, white meats etc etc.) Then I would focus on your gym time and what weight training you are doing. You can gain size in areas you want while cutting on those unwanted areas.
