My day is now complete. (which, given that it's only 8:15 a.m., is that much more awesome.)

At work drink 5 bottles of water and walk on my breaks and lunch.0

1. Hit my new fitbit step goal of 12,500
2. Don't snack between breakfast and lunch (50 minutes to go!)
3. No diet sodas
4. Clean my entire apartment tonight so I get some extra movement in once I'm home!0 -
Today's Goals:
1. Stay under my calorie limit (Already took a hit, Dunkin Donuts bagel for breakfast so.... small lunch and dinner it is!)
2. Get in 30 minutes of real exercise
3. Reach 10,00 steps
4. Drink more water than I did yesterday
5. Don't start celebrating my birthday early, I have all day tomorrow and all weekend for that! lol.0 -

2. Do cardio at the gym for at least 30 minutes.
3. Resist the urge to polish off the office dessert leftovers.

Almost done with work, then VACATION! Made it to 119lbs yesterday, so much WIN as this is two to three lbs more than I originally planned for. Goal is when I land in Germany to start eating all the foods. Beer? JA BITTE.
*Run two miles (one in a sec on my break and one immediately after work before the shuttle gets here)
*Eat planned meals
*Do airport terminal laps
*Try to sleep on the plane2 -
1. Bust my butt on my lifting routine. I leave for a camping trip early a.m. saturday and won't get to do it again til the 29th/30th.
2. Finish getting packed (family of 5) for said trip
3. Go grocery shopping for trip
4. Shower
5. Eat
6. Sleep0 -

Keep my 500-900 a day deficit going and get out and walk again for the 5th day in a row.0

Have a salad today instead of something I should not eat. Hopefully, it will help me not need to eat as much at my meal time.0
