JFT - 05/19/16 - I will not have any SWEETS (candy, cookies, ect)
*****I completely overdid it late last night - for NO reason. I wasn't hungry - I don't think I really even wanted it. I was half asleep letting the dogs out before bed - it stared me in the face - and in my mouth it went. So disappointed in my lack of will power.0 -
Just for today, I will make it to the gym. Too often excuses or forgetfulness get in my way. But I have my gym bag in my car with everything I need, so there's no excuse for not going.3
