    Missed my April goal so I will go for 300 in May. April had 2 weeks of cold, wind, and rain that really messed things up!

    I leave for 5 days tomorrow so I will manage 3 more commutes then a break (it should put me near the 400k mark) Friday I will start walking / C25K over the weekend to try and get some exercise while I'm out west . back at it next Wednesday. measurement on the weekend may be spotty at best as i will have no phone service in Victoria without paying roaming fees

    Nothing special today....but a couple of walks doing chores. Good luck with the training plan Eddie. I'm off to Cornwall tomorrow - not fully packed yet, so my swim might get cancelled - but lots of coastal path walking ahead yeah!
