    I'm dow about 19 on my journey of 175 lbs so still over 150 to go.

    I'm using my fit it to try to increase my steps daily and just adding in resistance bands.

    Motivation is key just like speed is key!! (kidding on speed). I need to lose 20 and I know that I can do it given my time frame. Water, water, water and then some more water. Try grapefruit to regulate your insulin, lots of veggies for antioxidants and fiber, eat fruits but don't go overboard (sugar intake), watch your starches and salts and eat lean protein (turkey, chicken, tuna).

    Keeping a diary, like here :D, you will succeed.
    Not only should cardio be an option for you, but keep in mind of other ways to increase your metabolic rate; like HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). I did this A LOT in boot camp and it does help with decreasing fat percentages. Also include weight training to boost your muscle (more muscle=fast metabolic rate).

    At the start of my 4th(and last) pregnancy I weighed 250lbs, and went up to 272 lbs. My baby is 20 months old now and I am at 236lbs.. I am 5'8". My goal is 150lbs... I need friends for motivation!
