    Today wasn't a good day for me - back pain - but got a little something done anyway.

    1 June: 90 min stand up paddleboarding (no break - 3.55 miles); 1 min plank (30 day challenge - Day 9) = 91 minutes
    2 June: 37 min biking (4.6 miles / 8mph); 23 min strength training (bands and kettlebell); 5 min stretching; 1 min plank (30 day challenge - Day 10) = 66 minutes
    3 June: 31 min gazelle machine (2 miles); 1 min plank (30 day challenge - Day 11) = 32 minutes

    I'll be back at it tomorrow, I took a rest day because I had overworked my knee. I woke up at 3am with it throbbing and couldn't get my left knee comfortable. Sorry I know I'll regret it and I'll beat myself over it.
