    1. 49 min (circuit training and spring cleaning )
    2. 48 min (circuit training and gardening )
    3. 37min (gardening)
    4. 23 min (on 13 hrs of building children playset)
    5. 31 min (push muscle circuit training )



    Total 188 / 1440 minutes

    1/6: 20m bike; 30m 21d fix; 40m walk; 45m mow
    2/6: 30m 21d fix; went for a walk with the kids that ended disastrously- the girl had an accident and we had to head back home in a hurry!
    3/6: 50m bike- super tired. Was surprised I was able to get anything done.
    4/6: 80m bike
    5. 45m Hard core; 45m walk

    Total: 390m out of 1440m

    I'm in! After getting a kidney transplant in Feb. I finally feel like I can do more the just walking exercise!

    Started some much needed deep spring cleaning of my house since I'm stuck inside due to TS Colin. That's probably going to be my primary activity for the week (not because of the storm, but because it's much needed).

    1 June: 90 min stand up paddleboarding (no break - 3.55 miles); 1 min plank (30 day challenge - Day 9) = 91 minutes
    2 June: 37 min biking (4.6 miles / 8mph); 23 min strength training (bands and kettlebell); 5 min stretching; 1
    min plank (30 day challenge - Day 10) = 66 minutes
    3 June: 31 min gazelle machine (2 miles); 1 min plank (30 day challenge - Day 11) = 32 minutes
    4 June: rest day; 1.5 min plank (30 day challenge - Day 12) = 1.5 minutes
    5 June: 53 min paddleboarding (casual race - abt 2.3 miles total); plank rest day = 53 minutes
    6 June: 80 min moving boxes into storage; 80 min deep cleaning; 1.5 min plank (30 day challenge - Day 14) = 161.5 minutes

    Total: 405 min out of 1440 min

    Ok I'm back
    1/6 morning- Elliptical 1.55 miles/32 min/497cal-Performance Level
    evening- Elliptical 1 mile/30 min/466 cal/Aerobics Interval Level

    2/6 Elliptical 1 mile/32 min/497 cal

    3/6 Rest Day for my knee

    4/6 I'll just say my day was a busy one-had a bday party in the afternoon and I babysat 2 little ones so their parents could go to a military ball and my husband did a jump (he's airborne)

    5/6 spent the day with hubby & I did take a walk but not sure how far because I didn't have my Fitbit on, nothing outrageous though

    6/6 Elliptical-33 min/ 1 mile/ 585 cal
    Worked it today-I took it to resistance 10- I was working on calories instead of distance
