5/6 spent the day with hubby & I did take a walk but not sure how far because I didn't have my Fitbit on, nothing outrageous though

Here's a site I use all the time for estimating distance: http://www.geodistance.com/ (since I don't have a fitbit). You can even turn off 'snap to streets' and it will allow you to measure the distance walking on sidewalks (or for me, when I'm paddling on the water). I often estimate the distance of a walk, and the pace, and then calculate the time. If I think I walked at 2 mph (leisurely pace) and I walked 1 mile throughout the course of a few hours (like at a festival), then I know I probably walked for approximately "30 minutes".

I've been surprised some days because when I thought I hadn't done much, I'll measure it out and figure out that I've walked for a couple miles. It just didn't feel like as much because I was with friends talking and since we stopped a lot when it was really over the course of a few hours. At my last paddleboard race, I walked at least a 1/2 mile getting my board and equipment down to the beach (and back to my car) and checking in for the race, and then after the race, my friend and I walked the town around for over a mile, so it was a mile and half of unexpected extra miles. But miles are miles, and I'll even take some leisurely miles when I get them because it is more than I'd normally do from my sofa.

Just realized starting tomorrow I need to put in 55 min each day to make it. I only post my exercises even though my day or week consist of cleaning house and gardening do these count because I'm not including those. If so I'll remember for next months challenge.

Spring cleaning continues, though I didn't get as much done as I had intended. Adjusted a post from yesterday since I never did the plank challenge, and I missed it again today.

    1 June: 90 min stand up paddleboarding (no break - 3.55 miles); 1 min plank (30 day challenge - Day 9) = 91 minutes
    2 June: 37 min biking (4.6 miles / 8mph); 23 min strength training (bands and kettlebell); 5 min stretching; 1 min plank (30 day challenge - Day 10) = 66 minutes
    3 June: 31 min gazelle machine (2 miles); 1 min plank (30 day challenge - Day 11) = 32 minutes
    4 June: rest day; 1.5 min plank (30 day challenge - Day 12) = 1.5 minutes
5 June: 53 min paddleboarding (casual race - abt 2.3 miles total); plank rest day = 53 minutes
6 June: 80 min moving boxes into storage; 80 min deep cleaning; **missed doing my plank challenge for the day = 160 minutes **(Corrected from previous post)
7 June: 90 min of light cleaning/organizing; 15 min of moving boxes; missed doing my plank challenge for the day = 105 minutes

Total: 508.5 min out of 1440 min

    History:
    May - 15:15 (pre-challenge)

I would count it! If you can log it in your MFP diary you should count the minutes :)

They said to log any exercise/activity - both cardio and weight training. I saw someone else logging gardening (and I may be doing the same later in the week, since I've got a massive project to deal with an overgrown with weeds flower bed that will take hours to do). I'm logging spring cleaning, but for me it's out of the normal of my regular housework, since I'm climbing ladders, moving boxes, scrubbing floors, etc. But I'd think any activity you normally track is probably okay.
