You may try a coconut oil/corn starch combo if you have super sensitive skin. Coconut oil works as a good thigh rub solution for me when I run in the summer heat.

Until I saw this thread I completely forgot I used to suffer from this. I was as large as a 44H at one time. I would use powders, gold bond, baby powder, etc to stay dry but of course that created a mess and of course the problem was still there. I think like one or two others have stated above it could be you are wearing the wrong bra size. I didn't even realize the two were related but now that I look back on it. I remember being fitted and thinking darn I've been wearing the wrong size bra. And now I realize I haven't had this issue in a few years...well the sweating is still there not quite as bad but the ugly dark circles and irritation are gone and now so are my boobs. So even if you have been fitted before if you have either lost or gained some weight it wouldn't hurt to be fitted again. I found that my bra size changed rather often when I was gaining weight as well as losing.

I have the same underboob rash problem in the summer. I use Gold Bond anti-chafe stick under there, and it works really well.

I just ask the guy or girl on the treadmill beside me to hold them up for me. I've never chafed yet. You should ask, people are really helpful at the gym.

It's all in the right bra. It doesn't stop the sweat but it stops the chaffing. Once you have the right bra, some stuff stops the sweat. At the gym I don't care, but out and about in the heat I use honey dust. Safer health-wise than baby powder, and it also tastes lovely which is nice if it happens to be date night.

I have very large breasts (42H) and haven't had this problem for many years since finding proper size and investing in good bras. Go and get professionally fitted for a bra - Lane Bryant will do it for free. Make sure that your breasts are supported very well. When I am doing any kind of high impact exercise I always wear my regular underwire bra AND an underwire sports bra at the same time. This keeps the under section of your breasts from being in contact with your stomach. Good bras are not cheap but well worth the cost. Lane Bryant has semi annual bra sales every year. That is when I stock up. LOL.

@jajomo0118 - that made me laugh out loud...

I have never had that problem and I am pretty heavy chested. I would think trying a body glide stick would work the best.

well weight loss has dropped me from a DD to a D/C but what has always helped me is wearing cotton bras with great support. when i had DD's i'd wear two sports bras to kind of Bolt Em Down™ ya know. also washing them with soap then applying moisturizers/lotions before and after working out might've been what helped me avoid rashes! so just a thought o: good luck though the irritation sounds painful :pensive:

@#hittingitonemoretime told you I was feeling a little tipsy last night for no reason! haha.

But OP for real, I have DDs and have never had the issue but I do wear cotton bras to work out so maybe that and some of the suggested body glide type products would help. Good luck :)

Gold Bond for over the counter or ask your doctor for a prescription for Nystatin Powder. Works really well. I don't think creams and ointments are the way to go as dark, moist places are perfect breeding ground for bacteria/ yeast infections etx

Thanks everyone! It's been getting better I think that's the neosporin though.

I'm looking into body glide products, checking reviews and comparing. Sensitive skin and all.

Think in another 20 lbs loss I'm gonna need new bras so I'm gonna get resized and try cotton bras. (Can't afford to buy new ones right now).

    Thanks again everyone!

If you are chafing on the underside, it sounds like your band is already too big. If you can't afford any new bras right now, I would take in the band:

    http://brasihate.blogspot.nl/2013/10/tutorial-shortening-bra-band.html
    http://walkingwithdancers.blogspot.nl/2011/04/how-to-alter-bra.html

    Or, used bras:
    https://www.reddit.com/r/braswap/
    http://www.bratabase.com/listings/
    https://www.reddit.com/r/RandomActsofBras

Just make sure you know your new size before you buy anything: http://www.brasizecalculator.tk/faq.html

Make sure you are getting good separation--the gore (the wire between your breasts) should be resting on your chest, not floating around even with the front of your breasts. I get way more irritation & sweat more if my breasts are touching each other. If you can find an inexpensive bra at Walmart or the thrift store that will fit you properly in the cup, I would buy it & shorten the band if you're really broke. It can get expensive to start looking for a used bra if you're not familiar with how the different brands fit.

Once you measure & know your size, you can see what sister size you are looking for: http://bustyresources.wikia.com/wiki/Sister_size

Since stores generally only carry up to DD (DDD if you're lucky), you generally have to look for plus size bras to get the cup volume you need. With a large band difference, you may have to snip the straps in the back & reattach them where you want them as well. It's not hard to do. When I've done it, it's not pretty but it works.

    Example:
I wear a UK 30HH which has the same cup volume as a 42DDD or 44DD. I would probably try on a 42DD, 42DDD, 44D, & 44DD to see which cup fit best. Walmart has a bra with all these sizes for $11.44 http://www.walmart.com/ip/Dream-Fit-Women-s-Full-Support-Back-Smoothing-T-Shirt-Bra/35241046. I would shorten each wing of the bra to make it fit very snug, reattach the back straps & be in business. So for $12 & a little time sewing I would have a bra that fit, even if it did look a little wonky (because I suck at sewing).

Stay away from cornstarch. Yeast loves cornstarch.
