Okay, so i havent worked out properly for a long time, and last time i lost weight i think i didnt eat enough=[. So, as you can tell, my metabolism has probably slowed down but im not too sure. SO! i would like to start with the turbofire prep schedule and add some turbojam on all the days that dont have cardio in them. for example, theres a day where you only do stretch 40, so i thought i might aswell add cardio atleast 5x a week. Also i would liek to start walking about 1-2 hrs per day to shift more calories, and i will be doing housework and i will be running a few errands each day. Im trying to make sure im not sitting on my butt all day lol. Do you think that this is too much? or too little? Thanks!

I know nothing about fitness, but that seems like a lot and you're going to burn yourself out. And depending on how big you are and your blood pressure, that all may not be good for you. Maybe run it by your doc before you start all of it.0

Strength training is the key to boosting metabolism and losing weight. Alternate days with cardio. That's what worked for me when I first started out.0

I don't know your size or fitness level, but I know when I've done something like what you're describing in the past, (3 or 4 hours of working out a day!) after not exercising for a long time, I would totally overdo it, hurt myself, be too sore to walk the next day, and give up really quickly on working out...so when I recently decided to get healthy and lose some weight, I started slowly--walking about 30-60 minutes a day, 5 days a week, then gradually added jogging intervals, Zumba class, spin class, and strength training--and I almost always take 2 or 3 rest days a week.
That being said, I know nothing about turbofire/turbojam or what kind of workout that is--but your body still needs time for rest and muscle recovery...just be careful. If you are in doubt, your best bet is your doctor or a fitness professional who can help you create a manageable exercise and eating plan

Holy moly! I think you would do well to start with a 20 minute walk per day at whatever pace you can handle, followed by some stretching (is there a DVD for that?) and a nice bath in epsom salts. If I were working with you I would recommend this routine 2-3 days per week for a few weeks, then add a day and see how that goes. After 6 weeks or so, if you are able to be consistent and not too sore or tired I would add one exercise DVD one day per week. Then you can gradually build up to a daily routine of exercise DVDs. I don't know the best approach for you as far as keeping track of things, but you could try a notebook or binder with a page per week and write down your exercise goal at the top, then how it's going for you day by day. Another thing if you have health issues is to check in with your doctor before you start any of this to see what he or she recommends. We want to get healthy not get injured and set ourselves back. Having been injured doing things not related to my exercise program I know what a mess getting hurt can make in terms of our progress.
I hope this helps!0
