    goals for tomorrow:

    -stay under 1600 cals
    -get 14,000 steps
    -bake rhubarb muffins
    -check back in tomorrow night

    • Increase the time on my Plank and Side Plank
    • Increase weight on glute bridge
    • Increase weight on squat
    Do IdealShape Up Challenge Week 2 Day 5 twice
    Do Fight the Fat Day 10 twice
    Walk at least 10,000 steps

    1. Stay away from junk food and stick to my calorie goal.
    2. Have a serious talk with my mother about her behavior. She has the right to do what she wants, but I am hurt by it.
    3. Aerobic exercise and strength training.
    4. Apply for jobs.
    5. Write a thank you note.

    My goal today is not food nor exercise related, but it does have to do with health

    I am going to sleep at least 7 hours today...I work over nights and I work A LOT...usually 28 days out of the month..and I average 4-5 hours a sleep a day usually in two blocks...2 hours in the am when I get off work and 3 at night before I go to work...and I would say 3 out of the 7 days I miss one of those blocks of sleep...but today I am going to get 6-7 straight hours of sleep...EVERYTHING else is not important today but me...my bed..and beautiful dreams

    Overall a good day. I was so busy doing laundry and dishes that I lost track of time and didn't get to go to the gym because of summer hours. I found two good job leads and started applying because I don't think they'll last long. I need to put my list somewhere where I'll see it and they time I'll do it so I don't get distracted doing other things not on my list.

    To get in 20k steps. (Done with 24k+!) I realize I always overshoot the standard 10k on work days, so I shoot for 20k steps as a challenge. :)
