Hi everyone. I have roughly 50 lbs to lose, but wanting to set smaller goals initially. First goal is just 10 lbs. I have never ever counted calories and am appalled at how many calories I was having every day!

    I think thats the first step. Logging your food so you know how to change. Good luck on your journey.
