How to not be complacent when reaching goal weight. How do I keep motivated. First part for me is losing weight. Second part for me is keeping the weight off for good. Any advice on the next step. I weigh 79kg,my next aim is 70-50kg.

The first thing is not to look at this as being on a diet but more of a lifestyle change. If you make better food choices and control your portion sizes, you should be able to keep the weight off.0
