Cheap and Easy and HEALTHY meal ideas.

Normally, I cook every day or every weekend for the work-week. But sometimes I get busy or I'm just plain lazy. What are some cheap, quick and easy vegetarian meal ideas that can be put together and cooked within 1hr?

The only foods I detest are Bell peppers.

I just need something healthy, and meat free.

    Do you eat fish?
    I like a baked potato (bought frozen and only take 6 mins in the microwave)
    Then I mix tuna chunks n Mayo with some chives n pepper mixed through.
    Serve either with savoury rice or a nice salad.
    I will also put some beetroot on my plate, or gherkins and a small block of cheese.
    It's quite delicious and super quick to prepare

    Veggie chili in the crock pot. Start it in the morning and get it when you get off work.

    Flat-out flatbread pizza w/ sauce, fat free mozz, and any toppings you want.

    Sautéed tofu and veggies.

    Veggie burger on wheat bun.

    And etc.....

    Oven on at 350..Core a half cabbage place in baking dish drizzle Lil olive oil and salt n pepper add some garlic cloves ...foil dish. Bake 35 -40. While baking dice Toma toes. .onions... add a dollop of plain Greek Yoghurt ...soooo good and quick and there's extras for lunch next day...
