Want to run on lunch break, no shower facilities?

I have an hour long lunch break, and I work in a call center with no showers... Anyone else face the same struggle? How do you freshen up?

    Is there a gym nearby that you can join? You can run outside if that's what you want, then you can shower at the gym before going back to work.

    For me--no shower, no lunchtime run.

    I work out at a gym on my lunch break (running). I don't shower after as there is no facility. I freshen up with deodorant and, frankly, baby wipes for the other "parts". No one has complained! If I can't squeeze a lunch workout in there is no workout for me due to my husband's schedule and kids :(
