Has any one heard of alipotec? It's a tejocote root.its all natural. It's supposed to help you lose weight. I just wanna know if anyone else have or is on it

    There are no quick fixes or short cuts. If there were, we would have no fat people. Just eat at a deficit and move more.

    Spend your money on a food scale instead. About $18 at walmart.
    Once I got one I started dropping pounds on here.
    If any pill or root worked, no one would be fat.
    I avoid fast food like I would avoid a mosquito from brazil.
