Can anyone give me advice on what I need to do in terms of calories if I'm strength training to tone up without losing anymore weight? I'm 5"8 and 154lbs.

Eat maintenance and work a solid lifting program.3

Is there more to the question because the answer is very simple?
Find your maintenance calories. Train effectively.0 -
Just eat maintenance calories and do a progressive lifting or bodyweight program. What do you do now?0 -
Yeah its pretty simple unless you're going full comp body building... just eat at maintaince and find a toning exercise you enjoy and stick at it!0

Agreed: find your maintenance calorie level based on your body and activity levels and find a lifting program that you enjoy and that continues to challenge you..and be patient. Recomping seems to forever, but the end result is VERY worth it.0

I agree with the above but Macro's when you get to this level can be very important0

Hang on a second,,,,do you know anything at all about training
I'm going to assume not, otherwise you wouldn't have asked the question, so like me a couple of years ago you need to know that you need to hit the free weights section and start lifting heavy and progressively,
Get a trainer to show you good form if possible, if not study good form in videos, ask for advice. Start easy and progress

If you can't bring yourself to do free weights yet then do a decent bodyweight programme

But to tone you need to follow progressive resistance, eating adequate protein within your maintenance calories3
